Disgusting greedy old man
Very greedy vet, didn't know what to do and still charged us R945-00 for not doing anything, another vet saved our dog.

You are so right, my pup went in 2 weeks ago, he charged us R2862.50 for test he did not do, and also for 2 consultations. Our pup is now fighting for his life , after he discharged him and said nothing is wrong with him, today when I walked in and begged them to help they wouldn't despite spending R2862.50. we are jobless and living in an abandoned house. With no further means to save our poor baby boy.

Van Niekerk is the worst vet I ever came across, he just want money. But now Dr Deon Ellis took over the practice, he is awesome and love animals, he cares alot and is great. He is still learning on some things, but he is honest and compassionate. I only take my animals when he is on duty, as sometimes Van Niekerk still stand in when he is not available, I won't even take a cripple cockroach to Van Niekerk. He is useless and just after money. He is greedy and don't care about the animals, it's all about the money for him.

We have been with Dr van Niekerk since the 90's (now 2022). Excellent vet, trust his care totally and absolutely. It is great how he stays up to date with research; always discuss options; explain in detail. He is simply outstanding together with his supporting staff.

Extremely bad service,just after money and nothing else, he is even clueless,its just a waste of time and money,taking your animals to that vet

BEST VET IN THE COUNTRY!
Dr Van Niekerk and his colleague went out of their way to save our Great Dane, Sheeba. She had a rare condition that is not common in SA. They even got a professional micro-biologist in. After three operations and a lot of care, they saved her and she is healthier than ever. Thank you Doctors. You are great!

Best vet ever. Great with my dogs and shows plently of care and love towards pets. I trust him one 100%. Will not change to any other vet. All the employees are friendly..
